Ellen Carder - Senior Partner

OVERVIEW

Ellen Carder is an accomplished executive with 20+ years of solid experience in global strategic sourcing and supply chain management, P& L oversight, multichannel product distribution, and operations involving both start-up and growth companies.

Ellen has demonstrated excellence in material’s management, contract negotiation, vendor management, and total-cost-ownership reduction through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Her accomplishments include leading the supply chain team for Year-Over-Year cost saving initiatives and supply chain process standardization.

Ellen has an entrepreneurial mindset, she’s a result driven, decisive leader with proven track record of reducing cost and growing bottom-line while spearheading operational improvements to drive productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Ellen is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, has served as Lean Management Instructor for Purdue University since 2014. Ellen is also a member of National Association of Professional Women, Dallas Chapter.

Ellen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Polymer Chemical Engineering from Jiangnan University, a minor in International Business and Marketing.

Ellen is married to Steve Carder and they live in Dallas TX with their beloved German Sheppard Dog named Elsie.
